Items that are are in stock and ship UPS, FEDEX, or USPS will ship within 3-7 business days. Then you can hope for your package within 3-5 days from the day it ships. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment as we use multiple warehouses across the country. If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you within 24 hours M-F. At this point we only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We do not offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Mintwood Home purchases. If you are not satisfied, please fill out our return build below within 72 hours of receiving your purchase.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all purchases.
If your item is marked as FINAL SALE, MADE TO Command, or CUSTOM it is not eligible for return.
For orders placed between November 14th and December 31st, return request must be incited prior to January 14th and must be returned by January 31st. Items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for give back shipping. Items must be in their original unused condition and packaging.

Worlds Away All return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of your directive. For all returns, it is your responsibility to return the item back to us in its original packaging. Once received in perfect condition, your account will be credited for the item minus original freight and a 25% re-stocking fee. It is advised that you insure the item when shipping help to Worlds Away so that if it is damaged upon arrival, you can file a claim with your shipper. Items delivered and accepted/signed for during a white glove delivery are not returnable. Items must be inspected upon delivery and refused if there is any damage.
