Don't waste your time and money dealing wTWS
I placed an order for a watch then sent them a cancellation through their email on the same day; their phone service does not work; I never got any response even after numerous emails; then I learned that the order was sent to my old address and returned to TWS, and I still haven't received any response; what a scam organization;

Scam Chinese Website
My first order was an effortless experience and had no problems, however, my second order is a nightmare. I placed my order and three weeks later I had to chase, to see where it is. I got a one line email from customer services (I think) asking if I would approve another colour as they don't have the stock of the item I ordered, you can only order what is in stock. I feel this is a scam website that needs to be shut down, buyer beware, you shouldn't be proficient to use .UK website if you're not based in the UK.

Absolutely undertake not buy anything from this company. There is no customer service support and they are based in China not the UK. They are happy to take your money but will not follow up when problems occur. In my case there shipper Yodel left my parcel by the roadside so it presumable was stolen. Yodel responded and asked me to contain Tactical World store follow up with them. Tactical

After this nightmare, corporation will not honor refund policy. They told me I can keep the pants I Dislike and sell them or offer to a friend and they'll refund 20%.
Here's what happened. Where do I start? I ordered these pants 30 days ago. I just got them today.
TWS sent an email reminding me that they "fulfilled" my direct 30 days ago, and asked for a review. Here it is. Website says "ships from US" which is partially real. They don't tell you your order might be on a slow boat from China (for real) but it ships from US once it's here, sort of.
They tell you it might take a couple of weeks. Again, partially true. Pants had to get here from China. Then they traveled all over the country before getting lost.
They were supposed to come from Dallas but there are two labels on the package with delivery info. They might've hung out in Dallas, but the top label they used to cover up the first one has a Georgia return mention . The package was surprisingly pale. I opened it and launch out why.
These pants might be made of rip stop material, but they're a rip OFF. The material is extremely slight , you can see light through it. The e
