Philosopher's Stone/Alchemist Stone (Alchemy recipes)

Prior to Tuesday's patch, the alchemy recipe https://www.wowhead.com/item=9303/recipe-philosophers-stone (sold by Alchemist Pestlezugg in Tanaris) could not be learned by a (non-grandfathered) level 10 character. (Tried and failed several times.)

When patch 9.0.5 dropped, the recipe's tooltip was amended to say that a toon must be at least level 15 to learn the recipe. Upon trying to learn it, I could not, so the tooltip was presumably valid, despite the huge number of erroneous tooltips we are currently seeing in game.

However, after today's mini patch, the recipe is now learnable on level 10 characters of appropriate alchemy skill. (Tested.)

Why does this matter?

While the trinket itself (https://www.wowhead.com/item=9149/philosophers-stone) cannot be equipped at level 10, it is a required material to craft https://www.wowhead.com/item=13503/alchemist-stone, which, from all appearances, does not have a level requirement, only an alchemy skill requirement (Outlands 50), which is absolutely doable.

The recipe recipe to make it is gated behind rep with the Outlands faction The Sha'tar

New expansion and a new specialization category for Alchemy: Thaumaturgy

Now, why should we contain to go after crafting an alchemy stone to be proficient to use the craft of this new specialization. This stone uses a spark.

Or, why should we always have to move items from past expansions in order to be able to use the profession in the current expansion, when Enchanters can buy the “Enchant Rod” directly from the npc without having to go hunting for recipes from past expansions?

In Dragonflight I didn’t need the alchemy stone, so I don’t have and can’t recover any deleted items from the past expansion to be able to craft. So I’ll have to upgrade Alchemy from Classic in order to create an item and apply my profession in the current expansion.

Put the same treatment that enchantment receives and put an item in the alchemy npc where we can buy a stone and not have to resort to such methods of having to upgrade the classic profession.
